SHOW NOTES

Introduction

Today I’m speaking with Kristin Bowers of Kiwi Speech. Kristin is a native New Zealander who grew up in the US and now lives in Pittsburgh. She is an extremely talented SLP who runs a blog, TPT store, and private practice. She enjoys hand lettering and creates beautiful marketing materials for therapy professionals.

Kristin has managed to incorporate engaging brain teasers into therapy for older and gifted students. She shares insight into why some gifted students find therapy especially challenging and how to support and encourage them in therapy sessions.

Kristin also has a unique approach to data collection that helps her gather more accurate data while also being more present during the therapy sessions. Sounds impossible, right?

Come listening in on my conversation with Kristin, and learn more about Kristin and the tools she has developed.
